All puppies are sold with UKC Registration (non-breeders rights).
This means that you will receive the puppy's UKC registration papers, once
you have provided proof from your vet that your puppy has been spayed or neutered.
We are offering a Premium List for those interested in assuring that they
receive a specific puppy (i.e. gender, color, size, parentage, etc) for a refundable
fee of $250. If you would like to be on this list please contact us to find out how to be placed on the list.
This fee will be subtracted from the purchase price of the puppy.

If you need your puppy delivered I will deliver them for a
delivery/expense fee of $25 per hour, one way.
All puppies are sold on a first come, first serve bases.
Puppies can be held with a deposit.
All puppies come with health guarantees.
Puppies are socialized in a family setting.
WE ARE NOT A PUPPY MILL.
They are wormed, given their first vaccinations,
and checked for health defects by our veterinarian.
We also offer microchips (free of charge), if you want them.
We don't do them ourselves but will send it with your puppy
to do yourself or have a vet insert them for you.
We accept payments by Paypal, personal check,
or wire transfer. We prefer Paypal, but if paying
in this manner you will be charged an additional 3% to cover the charge
Paypal charges for the service.

Puppy Guarantee
1- The puppy mentioned in this Guarantee is, at the best knowledge of the Seller, in sound health at the time of Sale. If your veterinarian determines your puppy’s health is in question, within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, return the puppy in good physical condition (at Buyer’s expense), along with a veterinarian’s statement, and the puppy will be replaced with one of equal value, as soon as possible. There are NO CASH REFUNDS, except at the discretion of the Seller.
2- The Seller guarantees this puppy is free of any congenital defects and/or hereditary conditions that would prevent a normal life. Also, the Seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, ordinary medical situations that may arise later (i.e. tear ducts, hernia, etc,), mortality of animal, landlord disapproval, family disputes, allergies to animal, or any other problems incurred by the Buyer except as outlined above.
3- At the time of purchase, your puppy will have been examined by Seller’s veterinarian thoroughly, been wormed regularly (pyrantel pamoate), had any hind dewclaws removed, had K9 Advantix II applied for parasite prevention and been given first round of puppy vaccinations (Canine Distemper - Adenovirus Types 1 and 2 - Parainfluenza - Parvovirus Vaccine). But, as the puppy now belongs to you, it is your, and/or your veterinarian’s, responsibility to continue their regular vaccination schedule. Some well vaccinated puppies have been known to contract the Canine Parvovirus (CPV2), so it is imperative that you keep the vaccinations up to date. This will insure the safety of your puppy.
NOTE: SELLER REQUIRES THAT YOU KEEP YOUR PUPPY AWAY FOR ALL OTHER ANIMALS UNTIL ALL VACCINATIONS ARE COMPLETE.
4- An AKC microchip will be provided with the puppy. It is at the Buyer’s discretion, responsibility and expense (if applicable) to have the puppy microchipped.
5- ALL PUPPIES ARE SOLD AS PET QUALITY. Also there is no guarantee of the puppy’s final size (height and/or weight) at maturity. Even though we do have a general idea, because of past breedings history, nature can (and sometimes does) have it’s own way. Puppies should be within an estimated size.
6- If at any time, you find you can no longer keep the puppy/dog, I will gladly take it back, at the Buyer’s expense. Signed UKC papers and all veterinarian records must accompany the puppy/dog when being returned. If, and/or when, I rehome the puppy/dog and receive any monies, if all monies are received for the purchase of the puppy/dog it will be sent to you. My Shelties are very precious to me and I never want them to end up in a shelter.
7-A deposit of five hundred dollars ($500.00) is required to hold a puppy for a later final purchase date. Puppies on hold with a deposit must be picked up by a specified date. All deposits are non-refundable.
8- Any changes on these conditions are subject to the approval of the Seller.
9- By sending the deposit to purchase this puppy Buyer is agreeing to any and all conditions of this puppy guarantee.
